GAF Token

The GAF token is a digital asset that represents membership in the program and gives the right to exchange it for company shares. It is directly woven into the company's structure and is a part of it, as it will become the basis for issuing a limited number of shares equal to 1/10 of the total number of tokens after the ITO. And, initially, only token holders can get it.
GAF tokens are utility - the company's local digital currency that will be used to form it. The token is not reissued and simple, with a total amount of 525M. It can be freely traded, and any other operations, including burning, are also available. The company will not participate in the formation of the trading price, except for the minimum value guaranteed by the buy-back, which will protect the token from devaluation.

TOKENS DISTRIBUTION

The GAF token is not reissued and the maximum amount is 525M of which 420M will be offered for Token sale (ITO), which will make up 80% of the total number. The remaining 20% of the tokens are intended for the GAF program organizing team and will also guarantee that the company will continue to exist if it will necessary to buy-back all tokens at the end of the first step of the development strategy.

FUND DISTRIBUTION

The main part of the collected funds (80%) will be used to form a fleet. The rest (20%) will be used for formation and licensing of the cargo airline, as well as for marketing, legal and other expenses. Upon reaching the "hard cap", the opening of transport companies and agencies in Europe and China, with which the formed cargo airlines will work. If only the "soft cap" is achieved, existing services will be used, in this case, own transport companies and agencies will be opened at the second stage of the development strategy.

The ITO token price will be calculated based on the average pre-ITO price plus 17% or € 1.5, whichever is higher. This will cover the minimum required cost of the token for the GAF program and take into account the interests of presale buyers.

TWO TYPE OF TOKEN RETURN

Return of tokens will take two methods - buy-back and exchange for shares. The holding will not provoke token holders to perform the return of it, because the period will not be limited by time.

  • Gradual buy-back of tokens will begin 3 years after the end of ITO, the token rate will be calculated with the minimum buyback value, which increases by 6% per year. Thus, in three years the minimum price of token will be the cost of token on ITO + 18%. The actual value will be 1/10 of the GAF share price, as the token is associated with it. Price increase above this value is quite justified, as the number of shares is limited and initially only token holders can get it.
  • The exchange of tokens for GAF shares begins 5 years after the completion of the ICO. The number of shares will be 1/10 part of the number of tokens, so the exchange price of one share will be 10 GAFS tokens.

The minimum buy-back price protects against devaluation and is guaranteed by the GAF program. Actual price will vary depending on market conditions and actual GAF shares price.
